It was an absolute joy to speak at the opening of the Cosgrove Care Art Exhibition today - what a fantastic event to be invited to participate in - and look at these glorious paintings.
A huge well done to all involved. It was wonderful to meet some of the artists, and I take my hat off to Cosgrove for inspiring this fantastic creativity.
The tireless work to ensure that service users and partners are engaged and involved in innovative ways is central to how Cosgrove work and opening this exhibition during Learning Disability Week seems very fitting given their human rights centred approach to everything they do.
